THE PRODUCT IS PRODUCED IN AN AREA THAT MANAGES SOY, GLUTEN, LACTOSE, CELERY , NUTS, EGGS.

Baking Process: The product is baked WITHOUT defrosting at 175-180c for approximately 45-60 minutes, depending on the oven. In the first 15′ it is carved in the places where it is already cut so that its interior can also be cooked. After 15 min. in the oven cut to the desired pieces.
